Shipping fees are based on quantity, size, weight, destination of your order and are included during your ordering process. International Orders All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds prior to shipment. Orders are usually shipped within 72 hours depending upon size of order and quantities in stock. Damages Arrangements must be made with the customer service department before returns are accepted. Approval must be received from Expressive Visions before any item is returned. To return goods, please save item(s) and packaging. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your return along with a brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s). We will gladly replace it with a new selection of your choice or refund you the cost of the item(s) (less S&H). All returns are subject to a twenty-five percent restocking fee.
